• Weather
  As you know, farming is deeply tied to the rhythms of nature. Occasionally, adverse weather conditions (like heavy rain, drought, or extreme heat) can affect the growth and availability of our blooms. While we do everything we can to nurture and protect our flowers, there may be weeks when Mother Nature has other plans.

In the event that weather impacts our harvest, we want to assure you that:

We’ll communicate openly. If there’s any change to your pick-up, you’ll be the first to know.

We’ll make it right. If weather impacts your bouquet for the week, we’ll do our best to make it up—whether that means offering additional flowers at a future date (if possible), a special bonus bouquet, or even an alternate seasonal gift from our farm (houseplant, anyone?)

We’re here for you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions, concerns, or even just to learn more about how we handle weather challenges.

• Flower bouquets will be wrapped in kraft paper. If you prefer a glass jar, we’ll do our best to accommodate (we do not purchase glass jars, but rather up-cycle appropriately sized jars where we can. If you can return your jar here and there, that helps the cause! Please let us know ahead of time : )

• If we won’t be at the Chewelah Farmers Market on a particular Friday, we’ll reach out to let you know and arrange another means of getting your flowers to you.

• Gift Subscriptions: If you are giving a Flower Subscription as a gift (wonderful!!), please provide us with your Recipient’s Name and Gift Message (optional) at Checkout. We don’t contact your lucky recipient but we’ll have their name at our booth at the Chewelah Farmers Market.
